The company announced the new translations for the Spanish, Spanish-speaking Portuguese and Spanish-only Italian versions.
Google Maps in Portuguese is available in all regions of the country except for Rio de Janeiro.
Google Maps has been available since at least 2017 in the Portuguese language but the company hasn’t officially updated the site since then.
Italian-language versions of the site are now available.
This is just the latest in a string of updates to Google Maps that have been announced over the last few months.
The company also rolled out the Google Maps API to its Google Maps app for iOS and Android devices.
